"In our own way, we try to call out harmful actions: to shed light on the realities of navigating this world as queer women while recognizing that our whiteness and privilege play a large part in our experience. In doing that, it's interesting the breadth of our music's tone. Our sound can be playful, earnest, serious, confused, at times angry and frustrated. Whatever someone is feeling, pieces of that will resonate in our music; our work is honest, empowering, and true. We want to highlight the authenticity of holding multiple emotions, realities, and perspectives while empowering women through our music to take charge and speak up about their experiences."
